We would recommend this hotel, spent here wonderful 3 nights. Its location right opposite a lake which was nice was absolutely perfect. The room was brand-new and generous sized, could see garden from the window. Everything was immaculate, but a few employees were chatty.

The room was particularly good with smoke detectors for safety measures. The hotel was in a stunning and brilliant position, a short walk to the train station, the extra yummy ‘the Lime Tree' restaurant, and a beautifully kept garden which is obviously well loved and tended. The most important were the staff - approachable and great people.

My favorite property in Fort William. Small hotel with exceptional views as a bonus. Magnificent location not far from restaurants and shopping, Ben Nevis, and other Scottish attractions. Pretty nice bedroom. Had central heating, multi-channel TV, and tea/coffee making equipment. Very friendly, hard-working staff towards all guests.
